The Zonvo Warranty

Zonvo provides the following voluntary warranty periods, starting from the date of delivery, covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. These warranties are in addition to, and do not reduce, your statutory consumer rights.

  • 2-in-1 Garment Steamer & Iron — 6 months
  • Oversized Fleece Blanket Hoodie — 3 months
  • Drinkware & Tumblers — 6 months
  • Accessories & Replacement Parts — 3 months

What's Generally Covered

  • Manufacturing defects present from the point of delivery
  • Faults that develop under normal, intended use within the warranty period
  • Structural faults not caused by impact, misuse, or accidental damage

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic marks from everyday use
  • Damage from drops, impacts, misuse, or use for a purpose the product wasn't designed for
  • Damage from cleaning/washing methods not recommended for that product
  • Any modification to the product

Drinkware & Tumblers — Seals & Lids

The seal in your drinkware lid is a wear part, which is why we sell replacement lids separately — gradual wear and reduced seal tightness over many months of regular use is expected and not a defect.

Quick or early seal failure is covered under the warranty when it results from normal use. It is not covered when caused by:

  • Carbonated drinks (pressure can push seals and lids apart — Zonvo drinkware isn't designed for carbonated liquids)
  • Overfilling, forcing the lid shut, or cross-threading it onto the bottle
  • Full submersion in water or dishwashing, if the product isn't labelled dishwasher-safe
  • Leaving liquid sealed inside for extended periods without cleaning
  • General wear after extended use — seals naturally soften and compress over time; replacement lids are available separately

How to Claim

Contact us with your order number (or the email/name used to order), a description of the fault, and photos or a short video. We'll confirm next steps within 5 working days and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with this warranty and your statutory rights.
