Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days, and by law no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back (or evidence you've sent them).

Please Note

• If you return an item because you've changed your mind, any standard delivery cost you paid will be refunded as part of your refund, in line with the Regulations. Return postage (the cost of sending the item back to us) is not refunded, unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds will not be issued for goods showing signs of use, damage, or modification after delivery, this does not affect your rights for genuinely faulty items.
• If you paid for Express Delivery, only the standard delivery fee will be refunded, in line with consumer law.
