Shipping policy

Zonvo ships to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada through our international fulfilment network.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–10 working days from dispatch, using tracked shipping. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date — actual delivery times can vary by destination and factors outside our control. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment network.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (DDP)

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Zonvo covers the applicable import duties and import clearance charges included in your agreed DDP service. Any further charges payable by you, where applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge a reasonable re-delivery fee to send it out again.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 working days of the end of the estimated delivery window so we can investigate.

If you are a UK consumer and no delivery date was agreed, goods must arrive without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are based in the United States or Canada, equivalent consumer protections may apply under the law of your state or province; this policy does not limit those rights.
