Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing from us. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all applicable UK laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

This website is operated by Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo), registered in England and Wales under company number 16664715. Bellacca Ltd is not currently VAT-registered.

References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo).

2. Eligibility

Purchases through Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo) are limited to individuals who can lawfully enter into contracts under UK law. If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Descriptions

All product images and packaging shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours, capacities, and specifications accurately, your device settings may affect appearance, and there may be minor variation between production batches.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt, this is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or withdraw products without prior notice, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Bellacca Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on orders.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal, and other providers available at checkout including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, though this will never affect an order already accepted.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm before processing, and you may cancel if you don't wish to proceed at the corrected price.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, the cost of re-delivery will be your responsibility. Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by postal services, strikes, weather, or other external events are outside our control. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may cancel or return your order in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our Returns Policy and Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

8. Cancellations & Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving returned items. You must return products in their original, unused condition and are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

9. Warranty of Goods

All products are covered by our 1-Year Zonvo warranty against manufacturing defects, and are separately warranted to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, please contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Photos or videos of the issue are required to process a claim under our own warranty (this does not affect your separate statutory rights). See our Warranty & Your Statutory Rights section for full detail. This warranty and our statutory obligations apply in addition to one another and neither reduces the other.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo) is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  • We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total price of the goods purchased, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Product Compliance

All Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo) products comply with applicable UK food contact material regulations, general product safety requirements, and consumer product safety regulations. We cannot guarantee compliance with non-UK regulations if goods are used or resold outside the UK.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo), its directors, employees, and agents harmless against any claims arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these Terms, save where such claims arise from our own negligence or breach of statutory duty.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product imagery, is owned or licensed by Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo) and protected under UK copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part without written permission.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to understand how we handle your information.

15. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@zonvo.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or seek advice from Citizens Advice.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or an approved ADR scheme before legal action. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (this does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence within the UK).

17. Force Majeure

Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo) is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, natural disasters, or supply-chain disruptions), except that this does not affect your right to a refund if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the effective date above. Changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already placed. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of any updates.

19. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Assignment

Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo) may assign or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bellacca Ltd (trading as Zonvo), without prejudice to any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
